How much will my claim be worth ?
There are many factors which contribute to how much your compensation may be worth.
The injury sustained, loss of earnings or any expenses that may arise as a result of your injury are considered and are often not always easy to determine, and do regularly result in disputes between the claimant and the person at fault, ending up in court.
At Watson Woodhouse our personal injury team will work with you to ensure that you have the best possible chance of receiving maximum compensation, and will explain the process to you in detail so you are aware of everything that happens throughout your case.
There is a time limit of 3 years from the date of the accident or from when the injury developed fo your claim, although there are exceptions to these. Our team will talk through your personal injury at length and advise.
Funding & Cost?
All of our personal injury claims are pursued as No Win No Fee simply this gives you the peace of mind of making sure that your legal costs are covered, we call this a conditional fee agreement, meaning we will not take any payment until the end of the case and new will agree in advance a payment capped at 25%. Should you not be successful, we will not take a fee at all, therefore there is no cost to you.
