After graduating with a 2:1 Law degree (LLB) from Sunderland University, I immediately went on to study the Master of Laws (LLM) and Legal Practice Course (LPC), also at Sunderland University. Once I graduated from the LLM and LPC, I secured a Legal Assistant job in Lancaster, which matured into a Training Contract. Once my Training Contract was secured, I was relocated to Manchester and later, Liverpool.
During my Training Contract, I practised in areas such as Noise Induced Hearing Loss, GDPR Claims, Business Energy Claims and Housing Disrepair. Throughout my last seat (Housing Disrepair), I was situated within the litigation team, and it would be my responsibility to successfully comply with Court Directions whilst achieving the best possible outcome for my Client.
I qualified as a Solicitor in March 2023 and joined Watson Woodhouse Solicitors in November 2023 in the Housing Disrepair Department. I specialise in providing advice to clients who are finding themselves living in a Property that is in a state of disrepair, this can include but is not limited to, damp, mould, leaks, infestations, and structural deterioration.”
