I graduated in Law whilst studying part-time at Teesside University. I subsequently completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in York.
I specialise in Mental Health Law and represent clients before Mental health Tribunals, Managers Meetings, Care Plan Meetings for both restricted and unrestricted clients.
I am a member of the Law Society’s Mental Health Panel. I also represent clients in criminal proceedings at police stations and Magistrates’ Court being a member of the Criminal Duty Solicitor Scheme.
Criminal Law specialist and Mental Health specialist
I always deals with cases with thoroughness and enthusiasm whatever the allegation is. Also, I try to ensure I am available for discussions about cases whenever a client requests a conference.
I attend for interviews at Police Stations in Cleveland, Durham and North Yorkshire where the Firm has other offices. In addition, I have Higher Rights to represent Clients at the Crown Court and have been Accredited to the Mental Health Solicitors Panel.
Away from work I still enjoy playing football and running 10 k and half marathon races as well as following MFC!
