  • About Me

After graduating with a 2:1 English degree from Northumbria University, I subsequently went on to do a Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course, also at Northumbria University. I then secured a role with a large personal injury firm, where I later undertook my training contract and I qualified as a Solicitor in October 2018.

In 2023, I joined Watson Woodhouse as a Solicitor in their Civil Litigation team.

I have amassed extensive civil litigation experience, particularly in the field of personal injury, where I have dealt with complex matters including multi-Claimant cases, cases which involve risk of Fundamental Dishonesty/Fraud, high-value cases and procedurally difficult cases. I have experience in Claimant and Defendant work and have dealt with Small Claims, Fast-Track and Multi-Track claims. Regardless of the nature and complexity of the case, I always ensure that I achieve the best possible outcome for my clients.

TEWV Public Inquiry

I have been involved in supporting families affected by the multiple failures in patient care at Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys (TEWV) NHS Foundation Trust, which resulted in preventable deaths. My work has involved supporting families in inquest proceedings and advocating for a Statutory Public Inquiry into TEWV to ensure accountability, transparency, and meaningful reform in mental health services. I am now actively involved in the public inquiry.
