Jordan Okoro
Jordan is a dual-qualified Solicitor admitted to practice in both Nigeria and England & Wales.
Having been admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales in November 2025, following the successful completion of the Solicitors Qualifying Examination, Jordan brings together international perspectives and deep local knowledge. His practice spans criminal defence, mental health law, family law, and immigration matters, allowing him to provide clients with holistic legal representation across interconnected areas of law.
Prior to joining Watson Woodhouse, Jordan served as an Enquirer in Safeguarding and Domestic Abuse with His Majesty’s Prison & Probation Service, where he developed particular expertise in supporting vulnerable individuals within the criminal justice system. Before relocating to the UK, he led successful law firms in Nigeria, where he built a strong reputation for litigation excellence and strategic client advocacy.
Jordan’s academic credentials include Master’s degrees in International Criminal Law and Medical Law and Bioethics, complementing his foundational law qualifications from Nigeria. This academic foundation, combined with his practical experience across multiple jurisdictions, enables him to approach complex legal challenges with both analytical rigour and cultural sensitivity.
